How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@xyphro.com from your registered email within the eligible window
  2. Include your Razorpay subscription ID (visible in your portal)
  3. We confirm within 24 hours and initiate the refund via Razorpay
  4. Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days back to the original payment method

Pro-rated refunds (annual plans)

If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we'll refund the unused portion calculated as: (annual amount ÷ 12) × full unused months. A minimum of 1 month is considered used.

Exceptions

  • Accounts suspended for terms-of-service violations
  • Custom-built / white-label deployments billed separately
  • Charges older than 90 days (Razorpay's reversal window)
