How to request a refund
- Email billing@xyphro.com from your registered email within the eligible window
- Include your Razorpay subscription ID (visible in your portal)
- We confirm within 24 hours and initiate the refund via Razorpay
- Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days back to the original payment method

Pro-rated refunds (annual plans)
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we'll refund the unused portion calculated as: (annual amount ÷ 12) × full unused months. A minimum of 1 month is considered used.
Exceptions
- Accounts suspended for terms-of-service violations
- Custom-built / white-label deployments billed separately
- Charges older than 90 days (Razorpay's reversal window)
